Privacy notice
What we keep
- Your account: name and email address, and when you last signed in.
- Your profile: what you import from your resume or LinkedIn, or type in — contact details, work history, education, skills and certifications.
- Your jobs: the adverts you add, their fit scores, and the CVs and letters generated for them.
- Sign-in codes: a keyed fingerprint of each code (never the code itself) and the address it was requested from, kept for one day to stop abuse.
What we do with it
Only what you see on the site: score jobs against your profile and build your documents. Nothing is sold, shared, shown to employers or used for advertising. The resume or LinkedIn file you upload is read once and not kept; only the details listed above are saved. Your documents are generated on our server; no AI service receives your data.
Links you paste
When you add a job by link, our server opens that one page to read the advert, the same way a link preview does.
Your alert address and share links
Your account has its own private address for forwarding job-alert emails; we only read those emails for job links. If you create a share link for a job, anyone holding that link can see that job's CV, cover letter and match score until you revoke it. Share pages are hidden from search engines.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in (and a "remember me" cookie if you ask for one), and one cookie remembering the language you chose. No tracking or analytics cookies.
Your control
You can edit anything in your profile at any time, and delete your whole account from the account page — everything is removed immediately. For anything else, reply to any email we've sent you.
